Interview coaching

Highlight your potential

Being invited for an interview means you have overcome the first hurdle. Your application was successful and they want to know more about you, well done; however, there’s still a long way to go!

During an interview you only have a brief opportunity to demonstrate that you are the best candidate for the role. Practice is essential in order to ensure that you are able to answer their questions effectively and demonstrate your potential. Our tailored approach ensures that we provide you with the support that you need to succeed.

What does it involve?

Before your appointment we ask you to fill in a questionnaire that prompts you to describe your interview experience to date, and your concerns. We will also ask you to send through information about the position you are applying for, your application form and CV. This information ensures that the practice interview is relevant to the position you are applying for.
