The concept of purposefully networking for professional gain is often perceived quite negatively however, it is important to remember that networking is not one-way but rather an exchange of information and knowledge for the benefit and development of all. It is basically the ability to build effective relationships.

The aim of this workshop is to enable you to understand how networking can benefit you.

We will consider;
  • What networking is for;
  • What networking involves;
  • The key principles of networking;
  • The value of formal and informal networks;
  • How to map your own network internally and externally.
