Head of C2 Consultancy: David Winter

David is the Head of C2 Consultancy and takes overall responsibility for the strategic management of work with clients. Having led the C2 team since 2011, David has significant experience of managing major client projects including website developments, the provision of career advice services and the delivery of outplacement services. As a qualified careers consultant, David is also involved in the delivery of our services.

Consultancy Account Manager: Alison Springate

Alison joined C2 at the beginning of 2009. A PRINCE 2 practitioner, she combines highly regarded project management qualifications with experience in managing projects for both internal and external clients. Her commitment to maintaining excellent client relationships means that she is responsible for the delivery of C2’s services to you and will act as your main point of contact.

Amanda Taylor

Amanda joined the team in 2011 and is responsible for booking appointments with clients, and helping them to decide which services most suit their needs. As an excellent communicator she is also involved in the PR and marketing strategies for C2, taking a keen interest in social networking and blogging. With a friendly and approachable attitude she is an excellent point of contact for all our individual clients.

Trevor Bibic

Trevor has joined C2 with a strong background in recruitment and staff development. Trevor approaches his work with a positive attitude and an analytical nature. He has great empathy for his clients, and an enthusiasm for helping them make the next step in their careers.

Elaine Denniss

Prior to joining C2 as a career consultant in 2007 Elaine worked as an occupational psychologist. She enjoys finding out more about organisations and gaining an understanding of their employees’ or members’ needs in order to create bespoke services. Her motivation and enthusiasm for training make her an engaging presenter. As well as group work, Elaine also excels at helping individuals on a one-to-one basis, and enabling them to reach their full career potential.

Marie is a professional career consultant, educator & trainer with almost 10 years professional expertise within the creative industries & 4 within a Higher Education environment. As a trained & experienced coach, advisor, mentor & educator, she uses a holistic mix of life, career & business coaching tools to match the need of the individual or organisation she is supporting.

Gemma Ludgate

Gemma joined C2 in early 2012 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. Previously she worked within careers education and also has experience in commercial recruitment. Recently, Gemma was involved in setting up a partnership with the British Veterinary Association to provide a careers service for their members.

Saiyada Smith

Saiyada excels at training and developing others; since starting at C2 Careers in 2006 she has mentored staff at Guys and St Thomas Hospital and helped them to set up, and market, a new Careers Service for staff. Saiyada approaches every project with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure that she consistently delivers work to an exceptionally high standard.

As the Head of C2 Consultancy, David is heavily involved in setting up new projects with clients and thinking of innovative solutions to meet their needs.
